Position Overview:
This role involves conducting a range of routine and some complex analytical tasks in line with established
protocols within general accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable departments. The incumbent will be accountable for enhancing processes, standardizing and optimizing workflows, drafting comprehensive
operational manuals, training staff, developing metrics for business units, investigating and rectifying reconciliation
discrepancies, and undertaking special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute reconciliations of internal accounting data systems and investigate variances as necessary.

  • Proactively seek process enhancements and define success metrics for the
client.

  • Foster ongoing collaborations with clients to continually elevate service standards and address their requirements.
  • Investigate and rectify discrepancies in general ledger accounts pertinent to the assigned responsibilities.


  • Provide insights to the management team and suggest strategies to optimize production efficiencies by aiding in the establishment of standards and refining processes.
  • Oversee and/or engage in M&A initiatives such as system and process integrations.
  • Compile and prepare metrics or reports for the designated business unit.
Analyze offshore production against Service Level Agreements (SLA) to pinpoint issues related to
quality, turnaround time, and productivity, and propose solutions to the management team.

- Critical Thinking: Employing logic and reasoning to assess the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or approaches to challenges.


Job Profile:
Senior Accounting Analyst

  • Problem Solving: Identifying intricate problems and reviewing relevant information to formulate and assess options and implement solutions.
  • Exhibits a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles and the capability to apply them to the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Adept at diagnosing and analyzing issues and identifying and driving suitable solutions.
  • Experience in facilitating discussions with high-level cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with mainframe systems, Oracle preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable, Disbursements/Vendor Maintenance

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically requires 4-7 years of relevant experience
