Position Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. This role focuses on expanding the sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new business relationships within the designated region, engaging with key decision-makers.
- Conduct prospecting activities and execute cold outreach initiatives.
- Establish connections with C-level executives and security decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of Lumifi's MDR offerings.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts, utilizing existing networks and marketing efforts.
- Oversee the complete customer engagement process, including account strategy, sales cycles, proof of concept, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to deliver tailored solutions addressing customer challenges.
- Utilize Salesforce for opportunity management, ensuring accurate forecasting and account tracking.
- Work alongside Marketing and Customer Success teams to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Deliver compelling presentations, both written and oral, to prospective clients outlining the benefits of MDR services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential customers.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with cybersecurity managed services and SIEM solutions; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and internet applications.
- Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on tact, diplomacy, and logical reasoning; excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to analyze and interpret cybersecurity literature; effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various audiences; innovative problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling security and managed services solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, marketing, or sales, along with five years of industry experience.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and generating leads within mid-market and enterprise sectors.
- Established relationships within the designated territory.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for effective presentations.
- Understanding of a two-tier channel sales model is preferred.
- Highly organized and efficient in task execution.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and attend relevant events as necessary.

- Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile registration.
