Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering combination products, including mechanical components and assemblies. Your expertise in CAD, design for injection molding, and tolerance analysis will be invaluable in ensuring the quality and performance of our products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Engineering: Design and engineer combination products, including mechanical components and assemblies, to meet the requirements of our pharmaceutical partners.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of systems through calculations, tolerance analysis, FEA, or system simulation to ensure optimal product design.
  • Testing and Validation: Plan and conduct feasibility and verification testing to validate product performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Create product and development documentation throughout the project lifecycle and participate in design reviews of customer projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and capabilities and work with the team to implement solutions.


Requirements

  • Education: Completed studies in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, Mechatronics, or medical technology.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the development of combination products.
  • Skills: Proficient in CAD, design for injection molding, GD&T/GPS, and tolerance analysis, with experience in validating and applying computer simulation (such as FEA, CFD, or systems modeling) to product development.
  • Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated team player, flexible, high level of problem-solving skills, self-initiative, and independence.
