Assembly Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Alleset, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in assembling high-quality medical devices that protect healthcare providers, patients, and surgical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with ISO13485 standards.
• Visually inspect components during the assembly process, reporting any defects to the supervisor or Quality department.
• Assemble products efficiently and accurately, using proper components and lot numbers.
• Provide accurate and detailed counts of each medical kit's contents.
• Work in a sterile environment daily, wearing appropriate PPE, and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, and assist with the training of newly assigned Assemblers.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work independently or as a productive team member.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and follow directions.
• Ability to match like numbers and keep up with required production rates.
• Willingness to seek and gain further knowledge of components and the assembly process.
