About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farming and Agricultural Sales Executive to join our team in the Stamford Agency. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

About You

We are looking for a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for rural living and agriculture. You should have existing sales experience, especially in agricultural or farming-related fields, and be comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment. You will also have effective negotiation skills, network and customer relationship building skills, and a full UK driver's license.
