ROLE SUMMARY:

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the daily cleaning operations and quality assurance programs for a designated account, working directly in the field. This position is crucial for the success of the CCS operations for our partners.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday 6:00 pm - 2:30 am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing, planning, and coordinating activities by assigning work tasks, prioritizing duties, and directing the efforts of team members.
  • Assessing and verifying employee performance through review of completed tasks and methodologies.
  • Continuously monitoring janitorial operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of all activities.
  • Ensuring staff training is completed, technical skills are utilized, safety protocols are followed, and partner expectations are met.
  • Organizing and leading assigned job scopes to ensure efficiency, high productivity, and adherence to best practices.
  • Meeting project deliverables aligned with project goals, quality standards, and company priorities.
  • Employing project management tools and principles to facilitate project success.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure crew coverage of designated areas, assigning additional coverage as needed, and providing special cleaning instructions.
  • Managing resources effectively to enhance team performance and exceed partner expectations.
  • Identifying and resolving project-related issues.
  • Recognizing technical, procedural, and equipment challenges that affect cleaning performance and informing relevant personnel.
  • Recommending performance metrics for cleaning services to serve as reliable indicators of service quality and overall efficiency.
  • Identifying errors and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
  • Adhering to Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Reviewing and suggesting changes to cGMP documentation, including SOPs.
  • Maintaining satisfactory inventory levels of CCS job site supplies.
  • Ensuring completion of required training and cross-training for CCS personnel.
  • Occasionally representing the company in client interactions.
  • Ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance with labor laws.
  • Performing inventories, reports, and related tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Ability to operate floor scrubbing and carpet care equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to perform payroll functions for the location (training provided if necessary).
  • Exhibiting strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrating excellent documentation skills and adherence to all regulations.
  • Exhibiting conflict resolution skills while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Remaining calm and rational under pressure.
  • Adhering to all policy and conduct standards while embracing the culture of CCS.
  • Possessing a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Being proficient with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • GED preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in facilities management, production, manufacturing, janitorial services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
