POSITION SUMMARY

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is tasked with managing dishwashing activities, ensuring kitchen equipment remains spotless, and providing a safe atmosphere for patrons. Alongside supervisory duties, you will assist in inventory management and the coordination of equipment for events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, train, and mentor members of the cleaning department
  • Oversee inventory and manage equipment allocation during events
  • Operate dishwashing machinery and uphold cleanliness standards
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Systematically organize and store equipment
  • Manage waste disposal and operate company vehicles
  • Execute other related responsibilities as required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within dishwashing
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Possession of a valid CA Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiarity with chemical handling and basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and varying temperature conditions
  • Robust physical strength to lift and transport heavy items
