Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with both independent contractors and internal staff.
- Assess the scope of work to guarantee quality standards and sustain ongoing business relationships.
- Engage with Facility Solutions Managers on a daily basis to address immediate concerns.
- Oversee inspections, manage customer feedback, and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure adherence to client policies and operational procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts is required.
- Prior experience in facility maintenance or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
This position involves frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
