Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our OrangeTwist Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Direct, implement, and maintain guest experience and service standards.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front office operations are efficient and profitable.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed.
Requirements
  • College Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred).
