Administrative Assistant Opportunity

A specialized recruiting firm located in Laguna Hills seeks a talented Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Operations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and demonstrate sharp attention to detail. A background in accounting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support using MS Office software
  • Enter data into the company database
  • Support payroll and billing processes
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database
Requirements
  • Work independently, establish priorities, and achieve objectives without supervision
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
  • -Type 45 WPM+ and possess strong software skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of numbers and accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
