Human Resources Director

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a highly skilled Director of HR to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with experience handling complex matters and working closely with the legal and business affairs teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and mediate conflicts
- Develop and implement effective performance management strategies
- Lead succession planning initiatives and other ad hoc projects
- Collaborate with the legal and business affairs teams to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- 8+ years' of HR experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills
Compensation:
$140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
