Director of HR Job Description

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a highly skilled Director of HR to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with experience handling complex matters and working closely with the legal and business affairs teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations and mediate conflicts
  • Develop and implement effective performance management strategies
  • Lead succession planning initiatives and other ad hoc projects
  • Collaborate with the legal and business affairs teams to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, required
  • 8+ years' of HR experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills

Compensation:
$140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
