About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Sales Associate to join our team as a Clinique Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the Clinique brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Clinique brand, provide personalized service to customers, and make product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Clinique products, including ingredients, benefits, and trends, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Clinique brand area, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and faced.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
