Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

• Provide personalized service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations on products and services.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals, guest loyalty, and retail shrink targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including salesfloor, restrooms, and backroom.
• Participate in merchandise resets, planograms, and marketing displays.
• Execute operational tasks as directed, including processing shipments and unloading inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
