About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our beauty services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on beauty and skincare products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products and services to customers
  • Perform brow waxing and other beauty services to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience in our stores
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Cosmetology or esthetics license required
  • Experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a retail or salon setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
