We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Expert to join our team as a MAC Brand Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales and service goals for the MAC brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their individual needs and preferences
- Provide personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons to customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law
- Experience in cosmetics artistry preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
