About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Expert to join our team as a MAC Brand Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals for the MAC brand, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons, as well as skincare analyses and product demonstrations, to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services, and share knowledge with customers to drive sales and growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Experience in cosmetics artistry or a related field, with a strong understanding of makeup and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
