  • Develop a deep understanding of financial budgeting for profit and sales of a restaurant.
  • Be a passionate advocate for the Chick-fil-A brand and values.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, invoices, and training with ease.
  • Focus on leadership development and mentoring team members of all ages.
  • Communicate effectively with respect and utilize technology for continuous conversations.
  • Teach team members with a hospitality attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience required.
  • Understand the principles of food safety and quality.
  • Achieve sales growth of 20%.
  • Reduce food cost to 24%.
  • Limit labor cost to 19%.
