About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts, including interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Lead the orientation and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency across the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Food safety and handling certifications, as well as knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
