We are seeking a highly skilled Bids and Contracts Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Bids and Proposal Manager with creating and reviewing proposals for government-funded projects. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments to develop compliant and competitive strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to secure government contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support proposal efforts.
  • Prepare and review proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring compliance with government and client requirements.
  • Maintain and update proposal tools, templates, and records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and government contracting guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
