Position Overview

As a Client Enrollment Coordinator at Street Sync Dance Company, your responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Lead Engagement: Your primary focus will be to convert interested families and potential students into enrolled participants. Utilizing effective communication and persuasive techniques, you will emphasize the advantages of our dance programs, addressing any inquiries or hesitations from parents to facilitate sign-ups.
  2. Relationship Management: You will cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective clients. Through follow-ups via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions, you will ensure that potential clients feel appreciated and understood, thereby enhancing the chances of enrollment.
  3. Customized Consultations: Offering tailored consultations to parents and students will be part of your role, assisting them in selecting the most suitable classes based on individual interests, skill levels, and aspirations. This personalized service will instill confidence in their enrollment decisions.
  4. Onboarding Support: After a student enrolls, you will guide families through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed about schedules, dress codes, and other essential details. This support will help new clients feel at ease and prepared to begin their journey.
  5. Client Retention Initiatives: You will also focus on client retention by regularly checking in with current families, collecting feedback, and resolving any concerns before they lead to cancellations. Satisfied clients are more likely to remain and refer others.
  6. Community Representation: Representing Street Sync Dance Company at local events, fairs, and open houses will be part of your duties, aiding in attracting new leads and enhancing the studio's reputation within the community.
  7. Promotional Strategies: You will contribute to revenue generation by promoting special offers, seasonal discounts, and package deals, making long-term enrollment more appealing to parents.
  8. Market Research: By engaging with potential and current clients, you will gather valuable insights regarding market trends, client preferences, and areas for improvement, which can inform the studio's marketing and program development efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience
  2. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication)
  3. Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment
  4. Access to reliable transportation for commuting to various locations (fuel expenses will be reimbursed)
