About Bambini Montessori:

We create an enriching atmosphere where children experience the joy of learning through innovative and engaging approaches. Our team cultivates a culture of excellence, committed to assisting families in unlocking their child's full potential. We currently operate two daycare centers in Central Maryland and are poised for expansion in the coming years, with a current capacity of 249 children.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Advocate: Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking outstanding educational opportunities. Your role will involve converting inquiries into enrollments through persuasive presentations and effective communication of our distinctive programs.

Marketing Strategist: Manage all marketing initiatives, developing creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost enrollment.

Analytical Decision Maker: Produce and evaluate reports on activities and outcomes, ensuring our marketing strategies are precisely targeted.

Community Engagement Leader: Foster relationships and promote Bambini Montessori by actively engaging in local events.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, demonstrating a successful history of surpassing targets.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes.

A genuine passion for education and a dedication to quality childhood experiences.

At least an Associate's degree (or equivalent) is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field). A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary.

Base Salary: $45,000 per year plus commission on enrollments.
