Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who is:
  • Organized, friendly, and knowledgeable about coffee.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • At least 16 years of age and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-end coffee shop or fine dining atmosphere.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to operate a service POS.
  • A genuine curiosity about coffee and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $19.50/hr.
