Job Summary

The Regional Float Pool LVN/LPT/LPN provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, as prescribed by the physician. This role requires adaptability, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in multiple program types and settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-focused services, including medication administration, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Work assigned shifts in multiple program types, adapting to unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations.
  • Collaborate with multiple staff teams and functions, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently, utilizing various documentation software and platforms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid and current LVN/LPT/LPN license, in good standing with the board.
  • Ability to work at any assigned shift, in any program, within the designated region.
  • Experience providing care in multiple program types and populations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program types, licensing, and documentation requirements.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
