Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and perform medical procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide bedside care, including bathing, dressing, and positioning patients.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse.
  • Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
  • Valid license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (as required by assigned unit).
