We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at All Saints Sub Acute in San Leandro, CA.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position working AM & NOC shifts with a 12-hour shift ratio of 1:8. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current LVN license in the state of California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for working with seniors and providing high-quality patient care.
