Key Responsibilities- Provide Quality Support Services
- Monitor and complete all quality assurance paperwork required for daily, periodical, and subcontracted work.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and make recommendations for replacement.
- Guarantee the security of the building and each department within the building.
- Implement Action Statements
- Implement all action statements as specified by the Performance Support Plan (PSP).
- Monitor Client Activities
- Monitor client activities and report to the Assistant Director of Custodial Operations on behavioral or medical incidents, as directed.
- Follow up on incidents as required.
- Prepare for and Attend PSP Meetings
- Prepare for and attend PSP meetings for assigned clients, as directed.
- Complete Incident Reports
- Complete incident reports accurately and timely on any client as needed.
- Complete Training Records
- Complete accurate client training records each day or as required.
- Maintain Training Certifications
- Complete and maintain all training certifications as required.
- Perform Janitorial and Maintenance Tasks
- Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain Laundry
- Maintain laundry daily.
- Answer Service Calls
- Be available to answer service calls as directed in the contract.
- Coordinate with Supervisor
- Coordinate with supervisor, department coverage needs.
- Read and Complete Training Materials
- Read and complete all required training materials.
- Maintain Good Working Relationships
- Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders.
- Promote a Positive Image
- Promote a positive image of COR Enterprises as outlined in the Personnel Policies under Code of Ethics.
- Confidentiality
- Will not violate the confidentiality of any information relating to clients/eligible workers, or any contract customers.
- Safety and Health
- Observe safety and health rules, regulations, and work according to standard procedures and practices outlined in personnel and safety manuals.
- Overtime
- Work overtime as required.
