Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Training Specialist to join our team at Alternatives Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing ongoing IT/Software training for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff
  • Teach proprietary Agency software, Microsoft programs, and other software programs as needed
  • Share updates and new training lessons with tenured staff
  • Provide IT support and assistance to staff and third-party IT support agencies

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with employees and third-party IT support agencies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with software training and support
