Job Title: CDL Driver

Lansing Building Products is a leading supplier of high-quality building products, serving professional contractors across 35 states. As a CDL Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service as a front-line representative of Lansing Building Products
  • Split time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse, utilizing a moffett forklift to efficiently complete tasks
  • Interact with customers and crews at job sites, providing exceptional service and striving to improve that level of service
  • Keep the warehouse clean and orderly, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Perform other functions as needed, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, and more
Qualifications:
  • CDL-B (or A) license required for this position
  • CDL Driver must have a clean driving record
  • Moffett forklift experience necessary
  • Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus, as well as as a contributing member of a larger team
  • Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Experience with building products is highly beneficial
  • Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude required
  • At least one year of driving experience
  • Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck
