
Fund Administration Specialist

The Rockridge Group is seeking a skilled Fund Administrator to join their team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Assist in the administration and auditing of compliance programs for mutual funds;
- Contribute to financial reporting processes and prepare materials for board meetings;
- Maintain documentation of resolution for compliance exceptions;
- Support due diligence reviews of Sub-Advisors' compliance programs;
- Prepare materials for the 15(c) annual renewal process of advisory agreements;
- Assist with valuation procedures for investments held in proprietary mutual fund families;
- Organize and maintain supporting documentation for valuation actions and decisions;
- Collaborate with vendors, outside counsel, and internal partners to achieve results;
Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred. 2-5 years' related experience required.

- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills;
- Background with mutual funds and/or fund accounting;
