Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at the Community College System of New Hampshire. This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to the Academic and Workforce Education Office.

The ideal candidate will have five years' related experience in secretarial or administrative support, with proficiency in PC and cloud-based Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. The salary for this position is approximately $52,000 per year, based on industry standards and cost-of-living adjustments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Meetings: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes; filing; maintaining database systems; record-keeping; responding to information requests and inquiries; and coordinating various activities and projects, as assigned.
  • Preparing Reports: Assist the Academic Affairs Office Manager in preparing reports, collecting, and maintaining documents needed for all programs; assists with coordination of accreditation site visits, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, ordering refreshments, etc.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of information related to student records.
