Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overall administration within the Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain and update personnel records accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and paperwork, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
  • Contact references and conduct reference checks as required.
  • Oversee accurate completion of compensation and benefit documentation, monitoring employee eligibility for benefits.
  • Manage unemployment claims and employment verifications, serving as a point person for all inquiries.
  • Maintain various HR and organizational systems, including payroll, member tracking, and Employee Navigator, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.
  • Evaluate and process background checks according to set policy, informing employees of necessary updates.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, conducting regular audits.

This job offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
