Chief Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Granite State Independent Living.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to support our CEO in achieving their executive level responsibilities. As a Chief Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, handling confidential situations, and preparing correspondence.
You will also attend board meetings, compile minutes, and distribute information to board members. Additionally, you will interact with state and federal policy makers, local politicians, and assist with seminars, presentations, and meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of office experience, working at an executive assistant level with senior management and a board. They will possess high-level computer literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a team approach and independently.
A personal connection to disabilities is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CEO, relieving them of non-executive tasks.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle complex and confidential situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare routine and advanced correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and reports.
- Attend and interact at various meetings, including those with state and federal policy makers, and local politicians.
- Assist with the development of seminars, presentations, and meetings.
- Minimum of 5 years of office experience, preferably as an executive assistant.
- High-level computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
