Business Development Packaging Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Packaging Specialist to join our team at Red Frog Solutions in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within the packaging industry.
About the Role:
This is a highly focused position that requires strong industry knowledge and expertise in selling packaging solutions to food and beverage, automotive, and e-commerce companies. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a hunter mentality, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine product specifications, quotes, and pricing for customers and prospects
- Perform packaging audits and work closely with the design team to create value-added solutions
- Maintain customer relationships and records, including credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze prospective customer information to develop targeted sales strategies
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in sales or marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the retail or display packaging/manufacturing industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $100K - $200K + commission + bonus + benefits. In addition, you will receive a $525 monthly vehicle allowance.
