Regional Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
SquareDash is a forward-thinking fintech company that values innovation and creativity. We are seeking a top-performing Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive business growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth territory.
About You:
You have a proven track record of successful sales experience (3+ years) in roofing sales or roofing supply sales. You are proficient in software tools such as Hubspot, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and job management software like Roofr, AccuLynx, and JobNimbus. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and navigate relationships with key decision-makers makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with roofing and restoration contractors in Dallas Fort Worth to drive business growth.
- Work closely with prospective contractors to understand their financial needs and ensure our solutions meet those needs effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently delivering results.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
What We Offer:
