Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cash and cash equivalents within the Main Bank, overseeing the operations of the chip bank, including maintaining balance and integrity on a shift basis.
  • Receive and authenticate cash, chips, plaques, and gaming vouchers from cashiers, ensuring accurate exchanges for cash.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations and maintain precise accounting records for all transactions, including personal checks accepted for gaming purposes.
  • Prepare daily deposits for cash, cash equivalents, and personal checks.
  • Handle unsecured currency and gaming vouchers, generating detailed reports as necessary.
  • Issue, receive, and count funds related to TRMs and ATMs, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared.
  • Collaborate with Cage Supervisors to uphold company policies and procedures.
  • When assigned to the Chip Bank, refrain from performing Vault tasks during the same shift.
  • Accurately manage the transfer of chips from the Vault to inventory.
  • Adhere to all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal compliance, including Title 31.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Cage-related applications and transactions, including transfers, markers, and safekeeping activities.
  • Balance the Counter Check Bank effectively, ensuring no overlap with Main Bank activities.
  • Assess and prepare necessary coin and currency for TRMs and ATMs replenishment.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
