Job Summary

Nemacolin Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ice Cream Server to join our team at the resort. As a key member of our Ice Cream Parlor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, creating a memorable experience for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and genuine service to all guests at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the Ice Cream Parlor.
  • Prepare and serve ice cream and other menu items to guests.
  • Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the Ice Cream Parlor and surrounding areas.
  • Comply with resort SOPs and expectations, including cash handling, appearance, attendance, and guest service standards.
  • Report any potential safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the manager, including side-work, cleaning, and other duties outside of daily-weekly checklist duties.
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Must be able to speak the English language fluently.
  • Must be able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
