Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in maintaining and developing our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:- Assist in all aspects of daily production, including scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking.
- Manage the daily production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the Executive Head Baker on research and development of new items.
- Supervise and train the bakery team, assigning tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Coordinate with the F&B manager on daily ordering and purchasing.
- 3+ years of experience as a baker in a similar environment.
- Possession of a Food Handler Certificate.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to lift up to 30lb and work in a standing position for extended periods.
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
