Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in maintaining and developing our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all aspects of daily production, including scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking.
  • Manage the daily production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Head Baker on research and development of new items.
  • Supervise and train the bakery team, assigning tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the F&B manager on daily ordering and purchasing.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a baker in a similar environment.
  • Possession of a Food Handler Certificate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lb and work in a standing position for extended periods.
Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
