About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional support to our programs and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects related to residential program facilities, including community-based administrative offices, group homes, and day programs.
  • Respond to internal and external facility-related requests, including preventative, routine, and renovation projects.
  • Communicate with vendors to negotiate costs and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare purchase orders and budgeting responsibilities.
  • Approve and code invoices to signify work is satisfactorily completed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of facilities management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building management and facility maintenance operations.
  • Able to work independently and with a team with accuracy.
  • Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
