Job Overview:
As a vital member of the Facilities Management team at CBRE, you will engage in a variety of advanced operational tasks within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage painting and repair projects.
- Conduct significant repairs on architectural elements, including cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Supervise the installation of various fixtures such as shelving, paper towel dispensers, and coat hooks.
- Act as the primary contact for front-line clients regarding their requests.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel on both corrective and preventive tasks.
- Utilize standard principles and techniques to effectively complete assigned tasks and resolve routine issues.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of your job discipline while being familiar with other related disciplines.
- Demonstrate leadership by modeling behaviors that align with CBRE's core values.
- Influence the quality of your work and that of your team.
- Operate primarily within established procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Communicate complex information clearly in straightforward scenarios.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with existing procedures and standards to address moderately complex challenges.
- Ability to evaluate potential solutions using technical expertise and sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with a curious mindset.
- Advanced mathematical abilities, including the capacity to perform complex calculations.
- Experience with SI7 is advantageous.
