Position Overview:
This role is an On-Call opportunity at CRISTA Resources, focusing on ensuring a pristine and secure environment for all visitors and staff.

Compensation:
$19.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Services Technician II, your primary duties will include:
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks, including disinfecting surfaces, emptying waste receptacles, and restocking supplies in designated areas.
  • Utilizing specialized equipment such as backpack vacuums for carpet maintenance and mopping hard floors during scheduled projects.
  • Operating and maintaining floor care machinery for stripping and finishing hard surfaces, as well as carpet extraction.
  • Setting up and dismantling furniture for various activities as directed.
  • Ensuring the safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Monitoring assigned areas for safety and cleanliness, addressing any hazards or damages promptly.
  • Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in professional or commercial cleaning.
