Position Overview:
This is a part-time role within CRISTA Resources, focused on ensuring a pristine and secure environment for all patrons and staff.

Compensation:
Hourly wage of $19.50, based on experience.
Benefits:

Role Summary:
The Environmental Services Technician is tasked with upholding cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute daily cleaning tasks, including disinfecting surfaces, emptying waste bins, recycling materials, and restocking supplies in designated areas as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor.
2. Utilize a backpack vacuum for carpet cleaning and mop floors during scheduled project times.
3. Operate and maintain floor care machinery for stripping and finishing hard surface floors, as well as carpet extraction equipment.
4. Set up and dismantle furniture for various activities as required.
5. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
6. Handle cleaning agents safely and effectively.
7. Monitor assigned areas for safety and cleanliness, addressing any hazards or broken items promptly.
8. Report maintenance issues swiftly and respond to requests with urgency.
9. Collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
10. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
1. A strong Christian faith, with a commitment to spiritual growth and development.
2. Active engagement in ministry through prayer and participation in spiritual practices.
3. Alignment with CRISTA's Statement of Faith and values.

Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. At least one year of experience in professional or commercial cleaning.

Skills and Knowledge:
1. Proficient in the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
2. Ability to read and write in English, comprehend workplace guidelines, and follow verbal or written instructions.

Other Considerations:
1. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with CRISTA standards.
2. Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
3. Complete tasks efficiently while adhering to cleanliness standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Two years of experience in professional or commercial cleaning.
2. Valid driver's license.

Additional Notes:
Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
