Contact Center Supervisor

As a Contact Center Supervisor at Southern Scripts, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and experience. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to help them deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Experience with quality assurance and performance metrics.
