Business Development Manager

Echelon Supply and Service is a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective accounts to drive sales growth
- Sell company products into major markets and achieve individual and departmental financial goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed target goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
