Position Summary
We are currently looking for a meticulous and proficient Manufacturing Specialist to become a vital part of our production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth and timely assembly of our innovative motion capture systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assembly and evaluation of OptiTrack motion capture systems in accordance with predefined standards and protocols.
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment issues as necessary to sustain production efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and timelines.
  • Keep precise documentation of production processes and stock levels.
  • Comply with quality assurance standards and engage in quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Observe safety regulations and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Support the onboarding of new manufacturing team members and offer continuous assistance and mentorship.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong mechanical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Competence in utilizing hand and power tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to adhere to instructions and specifications.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with productivity applications.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment (10 lbs daily and up to 50 lbs weekly).
  • Experience with motion capture technology and systems is preferred.
  • Background in soldering and electronics assembly is advantageous.
