Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist assists the company in meeting its objectives by supporting the IT Manager in day-to-day IT operations and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage computer, software, and mobile device inventory, setup, and maintenance.
  • Implement antivirus and patch management for computer and server operating systems.
  • Support Active Directory Users & Computers.
  • Offer end-user help desk support.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs.
  • Manage mobile phones and tablets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • Microsoft Windows & Operating Systems Support.
  • Windows Server & Operating Systems Support.
  • Microsoft Suite.
  • Basic Microsoft Active Directory.

Preferred Experience:

  • CompTIA or Microsoft Certifications.
  • Carbon Black or similar endpoint security technology.
  • Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot or similar endpoint management technology.

Additional Requirements:

  • This position is based in the Baltimore, MD office.
  • Occasional travel in the area of Maryland, Virginia, and Ohio is required.
  • Work hours are generally 40 hours per week but may flex based on business needs.
