Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Supply Return Driver to join our team at Headway Workforce Solutions. As a Supply Return Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our election process by transporting supplies to remote locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive personal vehicle from our office to remote locations, setting up signs as instructed by supervisors.
  • Unload supplies from precinct officials' cars and organize them in moving trucks according to supervisor instructions.
  • Complete a checklist (chain of custody form) for each precinct to ensure proper supplies are being distributed and returned.
  • Stay in contact with supervisors as instructed, using an issued iPhone.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and have iPhone proficiency.
  • Avoid making any stops during shifts and be prepared for up to 5 hours without restroom facilities at remote locations.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
  • Willing to consent to a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Available to work full shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, company, and departmental policies and procedures.
Physical Demands
  • Able to sit and stand for at least three hours.
  • Work outside in all weather conditions, including wind, rain, cold, snow, heat, etc.
