Supply Chain Analyst Job Description

Overview:

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the design and implementation of a centralized Sales and Operations Planning process. This includes analytics and reporting on supply chain activities such as Demand and Supply planning. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders across different sites to consolidate and analyze data, establish common goals, and ensure ERMCO Enterprise performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models using SQL queries and Excel.
  • Lead the development of content for monthly Demand, Supply, and Operations Consensus meetings.
  • Consolidate data from stakeholders across supply chain functions and sites to create Enterprise-level analytics.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis and lead internal and external data analysis.
  • Collaborate with supply chain leads, sales, finance, engineering, and operations to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Support the development, collection, maintenance, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage S&OP performance reporting and vendor communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a statistical, financial, or supply chain-related discipline. ISM or APICS certification is preferred.
  • At least 35 years of analytical experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory control, materials planning, or financial environments.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining complex Excel models and SQL queries.
  • Experience with Dashboard applications such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with complex, multi-site, multi-ERP environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Sales and Operations Planning practices is preferred.
