Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Utilize CRM tracking system to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Participate in team development sessions to improve processes and customer experience
- At least one previous role in customer service or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to commute to Moreno Valley
