Perioperative Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse First Assist to join our team at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our surgeons in the operating room.
Responsibilities- Utilize aseptic technique to create and maintain a sterile field
- Plan and provide equipment and supplies based on patient and physician needs
- Assist surgeons during procedures and provide perioperative nursing care
- Promote cost containment while delivering high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call assignments and demonstrate flexibility to cover staffing needs
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
- Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification
- Registered Nurse licensure
