1. Collaborate with the Downsizing Manager to develop tailored Move Plans and Timelines for each client project.
2. Prepare for assignments by thoroughly reviewing project details, team notes, and client information, demonstrating attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
3. Operate a 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van, ensuring comfort and safety while driving larger vehicles.
4. Manage the loading and unloading of supplies before and after each project.
5. Deliver exceptional client service throughout the moving process.
6. Assist clients in making decisions about which items to retain, donate, gift, sell, or dispose of.
7. Professionally pack all belongings, coordinate with moving services, and support clients in settling into their new residences.
8. Maintain ongoing communication with the Downsizing Manager during the engagement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
9. Utilize project management tools to ensure timely completion of all moving tasks.
10. Participate in various training sessions, both online and in-person, to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Attend Team Meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
12. Provide constructive feedback to the Downsizing Manager to improve client service quality.
